Guest Bio: Bryan Callen is an actor and stand-up comedian, and together with Brendan Schaub he also hosts The Fighter and the Kid podcast.

Topics Discussed: Bryan’s The Fighter and the Kid T-shirt; the ampersand symbol; accents; lisps; rolling R’s when speaking; passions; god; mental illness; sociopaths; genetics; brain abnormalities; serial killers; The Zodiac Killer; getting strong mentally and physically; Jiro Dreams of Sushi; humor; women in movies; brown pride; double standards; The Deer Hunter; 1970s movies; Christopher Walken; mocking people; assholes; aggression; dogs; Tim Kennedy/Yoel Romero UFC fight; boxing talk; boxer killed in ring; UFC talk; kickboxing talk; Conor McGregor; Katt Williams; stand-up comedy; domestic violence in the NFL; bad relationships; men’s rights; violent women; Ray Rice; children seeing stressful and violent situations; Bryan’s childhood; making and spending money; charities; Ice Bucket Challenge; bullshit charities; religion; humanity progressing; Hong Kong protests; drones; David Koresh; cults; band frontmen; Led Zeppelin; The Rolling Stones; Fox News; unbiased news; recent Mike Tyson interview; newscasters; Lost in Space gay character; Bryan’s friends; Eddie Bravo’s con artist friend; crazy people; Steve-O; watching videos of people jumping from great heights; stunt men more attractive to women; head trauma; Ebola; alligators; hippos.

My Thoughts: The podcast starts off slow with Bryan talking about things he heard other people say and things he read in books. The two talk at great length about the Tim Kennedy and Yoel Romero UFC fight and the subsequent controversy, and MMA and boxing. Worth listening to once you get past the typical Bryan conversations where he’s spewing quotes.
