Guest Bio: Keith Weber is the creator of Extreme Kettlebell Cardio DVDs, a physiotherapist, triathlete, and “physical culturist.”
Topics Discussed: Working out on the beach; running; best exercises for beginners; foot problems from shoes; creation of Keith’s kettlebell video; MMA fighters and exercises; being fit but not looking it; what Keith eats; milk is bad; Chinese medicine; acupuncture; yoga; chi; cryotherapy; coldest place on earth; recovery; exercise magazines with misleading cover photos; Eat Stop Eat book; fasting; bread; King Corn documentary; corn; butter; lobsters; fat in diets; hunting; bow hunting; hunting calls; nitrates; eating organs; exploding whale video; soup; warrior diet.
My Thoughts: Joe did his best with this one but Keith really didn’t have a whole lot to say. He would answer questions when prompted but there were moments of silence where the conversation would stop dead and Joe would have to throw something at him to keep things going. It’s a good thing this was only two hours long. In Keith’s defense, he’s just a regular guy so he was likely a little star struck and talking for two hours straight to a relative stranger was probably a little outside his comfort zone.
